ENTRANCE MATTING AND WINTER CARPETS

Protect your flooring with entrance matting to extend its durability

WINTER CARPETS. ENTRANCE MATS.

Solathèque offers complete entrance matting and winter carpet services: supply, installation, removal, cleaning and storage.

Our carpets have a mildew resistant PVC backing to protect your floors from salt and other chemicals used to melt ice. In addition to stain resistance, winter rug fibers capture dirt and debris, and trap them until your carpets are vacuumed. This type of carpet is ideal for large public entrances and other intense traffic areas.

Quality entry mats catch, trap and effectively contain dirt & moisture throughout the year. Over 50% of boot and shoe debris is collected on these carpets during the first steps when entering a building.

Solathèque offers a very wide range of entrance matting and winter carpets. We have the perfect scraper mat, winter mat or rain mat to make your customers and employees feel welcome.

Coral Grip Entrance Matting

SCRAPER MATS
These more agressive exterior mats are installed outdoors and in entrances to prevent gravel, sand calcium and snow from entering the building.

Salsa Entrance Matting

ENTRANCE MATS
Entrance mats have high-density fibers that are much more absorbent than scraper-mats. They are installed on the first 10 to 15 steps, or in elevators to trap dirt and moisture.

Pedimat Entrance Carpet

PEDIMAT CARPETS
Mats for indoor use only; installed both in winter and summer. Trap dirt and moisture, and reduce the risks of falls.

Logo Carpet by Solatheque

LOGO MATS
Make a good impression from the entrance, while stopping the dirt and moisture. Customize your rug with your business name and logo, or with a greeting message. A true promotional tool.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE IDEAL ENTRANCE MAT?

There is a specific carpet for each type of entrance.

  1. Estimate the amount and type of traffic going through your building each day.
  2. Strategically distribute your carpets.
  3. Choose the right type of carpet according to its location: Is the entrance on a busy street? Will the carpet be installed on the building’s main, or other floors? Will the carpet be installed at the entrance of the garages?

WHY INSTALL ENTRANCE CARPETS?

  1. To save money: Installing entrance matting greatly reduces maintenance costs by leaving dirt and moisture in the entrance.
  2. To protect : Entrance carpets protect your investment against gravel, calcium, sand, and other debris. Up to 80% of a building’s dirt comes from the outside and spreads through boots and shoes.
  3.  To secure : Installing entrance mats greatly reduces the risk of falls and accidents. If your floors are made of ceramics, travertine or marble, water will make them more slippery.

We also sell and install logo mats and advertising carpets

Solathèque also offers a range of custom rugs with inserted logos and borders, as well as non-standard shapes.
